PageMac is now running an IRC server! We are currently running Unreal IRCd Beta 18 with Cygnus IRC Services. The services may change soon, as they don't always work the greatest, but for now they work good enough. Here you can ask a question about programming, web design, D++, or just hang out and chat... anything you want.

I am almost always in the room - If I'm not, I will return shortly. However, I'm not always at the computer, since I do just leave mIRC idling all day. On weekdays, I usually return about 4pm (to see what time it is for me, type "/ctcp Azure TIME"). Weekends, I am there most of the time. If nobody responds when you get in the room, don't just leave. Put your question out and stay there. Eventually, I or someone else will see your question and will answer it as best as possible.

You can also use this server and create your own channel for whatever. The only basic rule is don't tick me off. Yes, harassing other users does tick me off. If there's a problem anywhere, just give me a buzz and I will take appropriate actions. If you do want to create your own channel on the server, I would appreciate it if you would drop by #PageMac to let me know.

Please note that #PageMac is the only official channel on the server. Anything else is created by users, and is not fully supported by PageMac Programming. Have fun, and happy IRCing!
